In this world, a person has to work hard and fight for what they want. Sometimes it seems like it’s not enough or impossible. Envy is when a person wants what someone else has, but jealousy is when you’re worried someone’s trying to take what a person has. This green eye monster ( Envy and Jealousy) is like a disease that spreads worldwide. Envy and jealousy been around for decades. The world is full of it. Envy and Jealousy strongly among both female and male. As we look at this situation, how do we address this specially, in the workplace?
